2026 Registration Process

PLEASE READ THROUGH THIS ENTIRE PAGE CAREFULLY BEFORE COMMENCING ANY REGISTRATION PROCESS

There remain THREE separate registration processes ALL players and volunteers (coaches, managers, assistants etc) MUST complete in order to take the field in 2026.

North Pine Sports Club Platform (Majestri)

We maintain and organise our teams, website and communication channels through this platform. This is also where you can order and pay for merchandise (if required). Club fees are paid through this site. Club fees cover local expenses directly related to North Pine Sports Club, such as:

uniforms and equipment
maintenance and upkeep of the club
referee fee

You can download a detailed list of the club fees and what's included for your money by clicking here. Note - Club fees listed in this document DO NOT include the FA or FQ fees.

Please note - club fees have remained the same as they were in 2025!

Squadi Platform

Register to Football Queensland and pay Football Queensland fees here.
This platform will direct you to register in Football Australia's PlayFootball platform (via a popup link) before you complete your Squadi registration.
FQ fees contribute to:
supporting regional football development and operations, including running competitions and leagues, referee training and development and grassroots football programs
Player insurance - ensuring all registered players are covered for all football activities.

How much are the governing body (FQ and FA) fees?

Here is the fee breakdown based on your player category:

Step-by-step Registration Guide

Ensure you have the following ready to go before you start:

Play On! (formerly Fair Play) voucher (if using one) - you can apply for one here. Please only use the Play On! voucher for your club fees.
Bank details or credit card
Know what product you are choosing for your player/s (see information below)
Read through the help guide for using Squadi (see below)

STEP 1: Register on the North Pine Sports Club Website

Complete the player (and family information for Junior player/s) information

Select the division (U6 to FQPL) for the player/s
Go through the online shop and select sizes (for the included merchandise) and select any other merchandise you wish to purchase
Pay (or set up a payment plan) to cover the club fees and/or any purchases. Note - a deposit is required if setting up a payment plan. Play On! vouchers can be uploaded into Majestri and your account will be credited once the money has been received by North Pine.

You will then be provided a link to the next registration step - IT MUST BE COMPLETED.

STEP 2: Register on the Squadi website or via the Squadi app. If you need help, there is a step by step guide further down the page. The link to the Squadi website is provided during the Majestri registration process

Select your club and product, and pay the respective fees:

Squadi:

Under 6 to Under 12: Choose "Metro | Coles MiniRoos & U12"
Under 13 to Under 18: Choose "Metro Community Juniors"
Senior Men & Senior Women: Choose "Metro Community Seniors"
FQPL: Choose "FQPL 3 Metro Men"

PlayFootball:

Under 6 to Under 11: Choose "Coles Miniroos"
Under 12 to Under 18: Choose "Outdoor Juniors"
All Seniors (Men, Women): Choose "Seniors (Amateur Community)"

Note: all fees must be paid in full to Football Queensland and Football Australia before any player is allowed to take the field for any 2026 competition.

FAQs

Why do we pay fees to multiple organisations?

Each organisation plays a distinctly different role in football in Australia (and each player's football journey)

Club fees support the operation of North Pine Sports Club

Football Queensland Fees fund regional programs, competitions and insurance

Football Australia Fees support national teams and programs that benefit all players nationwide.

Can I play without completing all registrations?

No - to be eligible to take the field for any sanctioned matches, players MUST complete all registrations and have paid any outstanding fees on all platforms (or entered into an installment plan) prior to the commencement of the season.

What happens if I miss the registration deadline?

Late registrations prevent you from playing or training, so we recommend you complete all processes promptly.

Can I set up a payment plan for my Club fees?

Yes, an payment plan is an option for your Club fees. There is a minimum deposit that you must pay (20% of your total fees) to set up the plan. Failure to set up and finalise the payment plan will result in the player not being eligible to take the field.

Football Season 2026

Please note - registrations ARE NOW OPEN.

All players are to register for the 2026 season in three locations:

1. North Pine SC Website (follow the link below)
2. Squadi (FQ Platform) - FQ Fees paid directly through the Squadi platform
3. PlayFootball (FA Platform) - FA Fees paid directly through the PlayFootball platform

PLEASE NOTE: Squadi and PlayFootball registrations are now open. All players will be required to register then and pay the respective fees directly to those organisations.

An email to all players registered to FQ in 2025 will have received an email with instructions on the process for Squadi and Playfootball on 31/12/2025. Please check your inbox for those instructions.

Squadi Registration Instructions

What Squadi Product Do I Select?

(If you are unsure, please contact the Club Registrar)

Squadi made easy for NPSC Parents!

I already have a Squadi account!

1. Log into the Squadi app

Check the top left-hand corner of the app. It should say, "Hey, [your name]".
If it displays your child's name instead of your name (e.g. "Hey, [Child's name]"), this means the account is under your child's profile. Contact the club registrar for assistance.

2. If the app displays your name, you're ready to proceed.

Tap the More option in the bottom right-hand corner
Scroll down and select Register Profile
Choose your child as the participant
Verify your child's details on the screen are correct, and click Next

3. Find a competition:

Ignore the postcode field. Instead, type "North Pine" into the Organisation Search box.
Select North Pine Sports Club Inc

4. Choose the program:

Scroll through the options and select the correct program for your child:

Metro Community Juniors (U13 to U18)
Metro Community Seniors (Metro Men, Metro Women)
Metro | Coles MiniRoos & U12 (U6 to U12)

5. Membership Details:

Select the appropriate role (e.g. Player)
Use the drop-down box to select your child's age-group

6. Finalise Registration:

Scroll to the bottom and select Add Competition and Membership
Answer all required questions (marked with a red asterix)
Review the Terms & Conditions, check the box and click Continue
Pay the required fee using your preferred method
Click Submit

Once you have completed your payment (or set up a payment plan), you will receive a receipt from Squadi.

If you need to create a Squadi account!

Download the Squadi App (from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (Apple))
Create an account - enter your details and create a password
Search for North Pine Sports Club - Enter "North Pine" in the Organisation Search box
Register your profile

If the player is a minor - set yourself up (the parent) as the primary contact. Click on your name to register your profile as the participant. You then need to select Add Participant and then click Add Family Member. Complete the child's details.
If the player is over 18, then the player is the primary contact, and make the player the participant

5. Follow steps 4 to 6 as outlined above

Proceed with registering for competitions and memberships
Follow steps to pay and finalise registration
