To follow a team in Squadi, you'll need to open the app and navigate to the "Ladders or Draws" section. From there, you can select the "edit" icon in the top right corner to add or remove teams to your watchlist. You can also search for North Pine Sports Club and then your specific team within the app. 

Here's a more detailed breakdown:

1. Open the Squadi app: Download the Squadi app from your device's app store if you don't have it already. 

2. Log in: If you already have an account, log in. If not, you can create an account or register your profile. 

3. Navigate to Ladders or Draws: Locate the "Ladders or Draws" section in the app. 

4. Add teams: Select the "edit" icon in the top right corner to access the watchlist. 

5. Search and select: You can either search for “North Pine Sports Club” or team directly within the app, or select them from a list. 

6. Follow: Once you've found and selected your team, they will be added to your watchlist, and you will be able to follow their progress – draw (all ages and divisions) and ladders (Under 13 and up).
